1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hive Network platform ("Platform"), operated by Liaison Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including business accounts and any administrators of the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.

Business accounts are subject to an application and approval process. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@hivenetworkapp.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party.

4. Platform Use

The Hive Network Platform connects local businesses with content creators for marketing collaborations. Businesses create campaigns offering store credit or other compensation in exchange for Instagram content (Stories or Reels) created by approved creators.

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

By submitting content through the Platform, you grant Liaison Technologies LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote that content in connection with the Platform and our marketing materials.

You retain ownership of any content you create. You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or use
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform's review or approval processes
• Use the Platform to engage in fraudulent transactions
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data from the Platform
• Use the Platform in any manner that could disable or impair its functionality

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liaison Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active users of material changes via email when possible.
